Short, because there is not much to say.
Only what you type into one of our forms.
We also record which link brought you here, for example an Instagram story or an ad. That is a label on the visit, not anything about you.
Card payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe's own page. We never see or hold your card details. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
To confirm your seat and send you the address before the day. That is the whole reason the phone number is required. Nothing is used to advertise to you.
The host of the session you booked. Nobody else. We do not sell it, share it with other attendees, or pass it to the venue.
The forms run on Netlify, so your answers are stored on their servers. Their privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
Bookings are deleted twelve months after the session. Table list sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Anything sent through the interest form is deleted twelve months after you send it, or the day you ask, whichever comes first.
Joining is your choice and nothing on the site adds you to it. If you do join, your phone number is visible to the other people in it, which is how WhatsApp groups work everywhere. Leaving takes it back out.
Some of the session gets filmed. You choose on the form, and whatever you choose is what happens on the day. Nobody is photographed who said no, and no faces go up without the person having agreed on the day. We never post the venue address.
You can ask to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will do it. Email hello@ffstable.com or message @ffstable, and it gets handled.
If you are not happy with how it was handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
